Colleague Circle

Each store, depot or team has a Colleague Circle. We all elect a representative for each Circle, and there's always an elected management colleague representative as well.

An important role of the Circle is to create a group where everyone is involved and contributes to key business issues like competitor impact, improving attendance, driving business change, business reorganisation, transfers, potential redundancies, and implementing new policies and procedures.

One of the key tasks is to drive our internal colleague satisfaction survey, looking at how to build on good scores and improve on weak areas. Each Colleague Circle also has an annual budget, which they decide how to use in maintaining and improving our work environment.
