Our starting salary for Retail, Logistics and ASDA House graduates is £23,000. George graduates will be offered a competitive salary. On top of that you'll enjoy a bonus scheme, choice of share plans, colleague discount card, 24 days' holiday and a range of additional benefits such as days out and childcare vouchers.
2. Are there opportunities to travel or work in other locations around the world?
At the moment, we don't have a programme in place for overseas placements. Depending on your particular role and how you perform, there could be some travel involved - but that's the exception rather than the rule.
3. Will I be able to move between different areas of the business?
When you join one of our graduate programmes, you'll be committing yourself to that area of the business for the duration of the scheme. But after that there could be opportunities to move around the business and broaden your experience.
4. Does ASDA support study for qualifications?
On some of our graduate programmes, a professional qualification will be an integral part of your training and learning. We're happy to support qualifications in other areas if they're relevant to the job you're doing and you've been with us for over a year.
5. Does ASDA offer relocation support?
The short answer is no. To join our retail and logistics schemes, you need to be flexible about your location, and to work in GEORGE you need to be near Lutterworth in Leicestershire. For all other schemes, you're more than likely to be based at ASDA house in Leeds.
