Application process

There are three stages to the application process. First, you need to fill in an online application form. Next, if you're successful, you'll be invited to the ASDA Olympics, a day-long assessment event where you'll get to participate in a variety of group activities. If you do well at that, you'll then be asked to attend a final interview, which will determine whether or not we offer you a job.

Either way we'll give you feedback at both the Olympics and final-interview stages. Unfortunately because of the number of applications we receive, we can't provide feedback at the application stage. We don't have a closing date for applications but we do operate on a first-come-first-served basis so we recommend you apply early.
