What we look for

We consider graduates from all degree disciplines - but that doesn't mean that all graduates will fit in here. Having the right attitude is key. And if you've got it, we'll give you all the training you need to become an expert in your chosen field.

At ASDA, being a success is about listening, learning and putting ideas forward. Being able to think like a customer and challenge the way we do things in a constructive way. You need to be down-to-earth and approachable. But also passionate and tenacious. You need to be able to engage with people from all walks of life, and you need the stamina to go the extra mile when it's needed.

We have no time for egos and we all take responsibility for making ASDA a fun place to work. You'll have a 2.1 or better, and any extra-curricular experience like an industrial placement or a year out will give you an advantage.
