Where You Could Work

Each programme lasts between two and three years. Whichever area you join, you'll be given real responsibility from an early stage, along with a mixture of external and in-house training. You'll also have a dedicated personal mentor who'll provide you with ongoing support and can offer advice on any issues you may have.

You'll be groomed as one of our future leaders, with the aim of placing you in a team leader role at the end of the programme, and eventually a senior management role. By the end of the programme you'll be an expert in your area - but it's a big business and there are all sorts of opportunities for people who've got what it takes. Ultimately it's up to you to create chances to prove yourself, and progress as far as your skills can take you.
